I went to Soupstock and had an incred­i­ble time. I talked with so many chefs and food activists and Strombo. I shot some video. Then I saw the video that Dowling Pictures did and had to scrap my footage. This video is fan­tas­tic, it is beau­ti­fully shot and edited and the chefs really speak from the heart (there are even a few bleeps!) about how impor­tant this whole mega quarry protest is.
