Taking place on April 23rd, Terroir will feature a roster of incredible guest speakers including Chef Ben Shewry from Attica in Melbourne, Australia, Ken Friedman from the Spotted Pig in New York City, author of “For Cod and Country” Ben Seaver, and more.
