A celebrated New York chef will be coming to Toronto next week, Justin Smilie – formerly of the acclaimed il Buco Alimentari – will be opening a new restaurant in Manhattan this fall and he’s bringing a sneak peek of his menu to our fair city. You try a complimentary canapé-style version of the menu at the Drake Hotel this Monday night between 8-9pm, or you can purchase tickets to the pop-up dinner that he’ll be doing at the Drake One Fifty on Tuesday evening.
