It’s the long weekend and we are all about turkeys and pumpkin pie! It is time to lay out a harvest feast with your family and enjoy the togetherness we all missed out on last year. It is time to give thanks and eat heartily and put out the good china and use cloth napkins. And it is also time to reflect on everything we’ve learned in 2021 thus far. About residential schools and genocide and what we’re taught in schools and what we know now to be true.
It is never time to stop learning or growing. And right now, it is time to be thankful.
